The Southern Area meetings are held between 11h30 and 17h00 in the Lawrence Room at the Union Jack Club, Sandell Street, Waterloo, London, in the spring and Autumn.

SAPS 13TH CONFERENCE

The Southern African Philatelic Societies’ 13th Conference will be held on 11th/13th November 2016 near Leamington Spa (venue to be confirmed).

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2017

This will be held at 09h30 on 7th May 2017 at the Honiley Court Hotel, Meer End Road, Honiley, Kenilworth, CV8 1NP.

Note that the AGM, about an hour’s duration, is only part of the Society’s weekend. Many members now arrive on the Saturday for a convivial dinner and displays.
